Drew's RV Techs reviews these terms and conditions regularly and may update these terms and conditions at any time.
Payments: Parts and Service: We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and credit cards. Payment is due at time of service. (Sales payments must be Cash, money order, or certified checks)
Special Ordered Parts: Special order parts must be pre-paid. Parts returned require a 30% restocking fee. Be aware, some parts, once shipped, are not returnable. Installed parts are not returnable unless defective. In some cases customer may be required to pay for parts and shipping before ordering.
Service Charge: Drew's RV Techs charges a service fee to come to your location, this fee also applies for diagnostic work. This service fee covers travel cost incurred by Drew's RV Techs. You must call and cancel scheduled service. We will call in advance to confirm appointment time, however, if our service vehicle arrives at your site and you no longer need service or did not call to cancel or reschedule or your coach is inaccessible or we are unable to perform service for reasons not the fault of Drew's RV Techs, the service fee will apply.
Labor Guarantee: All labor and workmanship performed by Drew's RV Techs will be guaranteed for 90 days. Parts that fail within 90 days of installation will be replaced at no charge (customer is responsible for labor).
Parts Warranty: Parts replaced by Drew's RV Techs will carry only the warranty given by the manufacturer of the part according to the warranty guidelines that the manufacturer sets. The manufactures warranty period for a given part or appliance will be given in writing at time of service. Warranty on most parts starts at date of installation as noted on repair order. You must retain repair order for warranty claim on failed parts. Drew's RV Techs does not warranty any parts, however we will process the exchange of parts that fail under the manufacturer's warranty. Drew's RV Techs is not responsible for damages or costs incurred due to parts that fail. Examples of non-covered cost(s) include but are not limited to towing, storage, hotel cost, labor(see labor guarantee), shipping, and restocking fee.
Service Center Storage Fees: Unless pre-arranged prior to the conduct of service - owners have 5 days in which to retrieve their vehicles from the date of notification that all work has been completed. If the vehicle is not removed within that allotted timeframe, a $25.00 per-day storage fee will be applied and added to the final repair bill.
